do you think that my GPU is already faulty when I just bought it? well my PSU is pretty old but it seems to be working just fine..

It's a pretty garbagey PSU (a lot of what make a garbage PSU a garbage PSU is invisible until something passes a certain level of damage). An additional problem with these low-quality PSUs is it's really next to impossible to diagnose a PC's issue until you have the power delivery system ruled out.

Remember, you don't actually know your PSU is working just fine -- equipment to actually determine that costs thousands of dollars. A lot of what makes a low-end PSU a low-end PSU doesn't become obvious until something catastrophic happens.
