PC won't power on.

My PC won't turn on. I built this PC just over a week ago, then all of a sudden, while I was in the middle of using it the monitor loses connection then I discover the mouse and keyboard aren't getting any power. But the light on the front of the PC is still on. I replugged everything then tried turning it on and got zero not even the front light. So I switched power supplys and now only the front light comes on. No CPU fan case fan or graphics card fan is moving. Please help.
