my pc was working fine, out of nowhere it shut itself off, now when i hit power the mb seems to send the command, but nothing comes on. some lights come on too. my first thought is the power supply, since its the oldest part. any ideas, so far i replaced the video card to a less power hungry one and nothing.

i replaced the psu, and same results, does not power up, but found a interesting thing. when i have all the cables connected (mb power and cpu power it does not come on, once i remove the cpu power cables it seems to com on, but hangs there on a almost on half state, on the video below, the first time i turn on nothing happens, just some lights come on, after i remove the cpu power it seems to move to a different state, at least the led with the error codes comes on. also tried removing the cmos battery, no look too

I have also removed everything but a small 8800gt card and one stick o memory, also tried multiple single sticks in different slots.

i remove the board, cleaned, re settle the cpu twice, check the pins on the board, everything looks fine, but it wont power up, its the same thing as in the video, the last few tests had nothing plugged in but one memory stick and a video card, i am going to rma both
