I got all new part for a computer a evga geforce gtx 1070, amd ryzen 5 1600x, ab350 gaming k4, corsair vengeance lpx 16gb (2 x 8gb) , and
A wd blue 1to hdd. I installed everything but when I tried to turn it all on nothing happens. The mother broad itself is pulsing a red light even before I hit the power button but that is all that it does, the fans
don't come on, nothing shows on the screen, nothing. I've double check the ram to see if its compatible and it is, I rotated each ram to each slot and combination of slots. I've double check the cpu to see if I installed it right. I've tried to start it with and without the gpu. I've tried unplugging all the cords to the psu and replugging them multiple times, and made sure each plug in was fully plugged in. I've tried multiple hdd's, one blank and one with Windows 7 on it. I've tried two different psu. I've tried to different computer cases. I've tried using different cords for the psu, gpu, and hdds. I've tried different cords for the one that plugs into the wall as while. I've checked the case cords connections. Each time I try to turn the computer on again nothing happens I'm out of ideas what to do. Please help.

have you tried powering it up with a screwdriver? Else since you tried with other psus and you tried replugging the power cords, all i can think of is fauly motherboard.
