PC Won't POWER!!!

My PC won't turn on. I just got everything in my case, put all the wiring together and press the power button and nothing show

What components? Have you tested the power supply, to make sure that it does work?

Make sure you plugged the right wire Into the CPU, I belive it takes a 4 pin wire, I was plugging in a spare 3 pin PCI. Look at your Motherboard manual and make sure you have the right wiring, I.e the power, led, reset wires.
