I've been having some crashes while playing, at first I thought It was my gpu drivers because they were outdated so I updated them but it didnt help much because I still had crashes (my pc only crashed while playing). I contacted nvidia support and they told me to do a clean install of the drivers which I did but that did not fix the problem, when my pc crashed the monitors would lose video signal and my gpu fans would go to 100% speed.

Whenever my pc crashed I had to reset my computer and everything would be ok but this last time it crashed was different, I turned off my computer and when I tried to turn it on again I didnt get any video signal and the gpu fans would still be at 100% speed so I turned off my computer again and unplugged it, after 30 seconds I tried turning it on again and I had no video signal at all so I opened up the case and made sure that everything was well connected and even cleaned the gpu and the PCIe slot. I connected everything again but still no signal, I connected one of my monitors to my mobo via hdmi and thats how im writting this post.

The gpu wont show up on my mobo or windows when I go to manage devices.

Do you have a separate GPU you can try in that port?

Can you try different power cables from the PSU to that card?

Also, although not optimal, can you try that GPU in a different pcie slot, just to verify the slot isn't the problem in relation to that specific card.
