pc won't recognize headset

i have a problem my pc won't recognize my headset after a new windows 7 install,

i installed my motherboard driver & the driver of my headset. its not listed in disabled devices or disconnected devices. the headset works because i tried it on my second pc, the USB ports works to and its not listed on hardwaremanager. i also installed the chipset driver

Does someone know how to fix this?

Headset working on other PC rules out hardware issue in headset.

Do you have any 3rd party USB host controller (PCIE cards) and relevant drivers installed?
