I have installed this and tried many things, like disabling the mb graphics in the BIOS.

Here are my specs:
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4150 CPU @ 3.50GHz
Video Card Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400
Memory 8.1 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

And have a MSI H81M-P33 Socket LGA 1150 Chipset Intel 1H81, 2x DDR3 1600MHz, VGA, DVI-D, SATA3, USB 3.0, PCI-E 2.0 x16

Solution
make sure the 8 pin cpu power is connected on the mb. also make sure the video card itself if it needs power it connected. on the windows install make sure you install the newest intel chipset drivers if you dont the pci slot for the video card wont work.

Everything's up to date, I even have AMD Catalyst. It recognized it one, but when I went into catalyst it said my screen resolution had to be higher and the screen went black and couldn't do it anymore. It's never shown up in the Device Manager after that incident. Everything's plugged in correctly, card doesn't need it's own power
