[SOLVED] PC won't run after plugin Amd Sapphire R7 265 2g ddr5 into intel i3-3240 DH61WW motherboard

Spec:

Processor - intel i3-3240
Motherboard - Intel DH61WW
Ram - 4 + 4 ddr3 HyperX
SSD - 120gb
HDD - 500 gb (small)
PSU - Zebronics ZEB-N450W (DSATA) 230V 50Hz 6A

works properly with this spec.
after plugin Amd Sapphire R7 265 2g ddr5 (6 pin) processor won't run ...I mean pc won't run but I found gpu fans try to run for a second...
my PSU don't have 6 or 8 pin connector with it so I used 6 pin to molex converter.

Just take out the GPU, and try to boot. If they are booting, the your PSU can't supply the power of the entire systems.
