So, a while ago I changed my mobo, memory and CPU of my main pc. I tried booting it up to see if I had something important to backup, but when I turned it on the screen went black, showing nothing (odd, since my old' mobo problem was the sata ports, nothing bout video). I gave up of the trying to backup the data and went to install the new parts, a new am4 mobo, new memory (since the old one was ddr3) and the cpu, installed and connected everything correctly, but for my surprise, still nothing on the screen (not even the manufacturer logo was appearing). I don't know what to do anymore, tried using another gpu, without gpu, connecting the hdmi cable into the mobo and the gpu and even tried another screen. I'm getting really desperate since I just don't know what it can be anymore, anyone have any idea??

(srry for the bad English, it is not my main language xD)

Solution
you can contact AMD and request a boot kit, they will send you a CPU to flash the BIOS with, you then send it back.

this sticky covers many of the no boot issues. go down the list and check every step.
step 17 is there a speaker connected? is it beeping?

canned diagnostic speaker rant
The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diag feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.
my speakers have this plug

I use lamp wire but any stranded wire will do. literally any stranded wires. strip one end like so
http://www.antiquelampco.com/Shades/CordColors.jpg
attach the stripped end into the speaker spring clips on the speaker.
the other end of the wire should be trimmed like so the semi strip
https://wesbellwireandcable.com/images/cutwire.png
by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps
end canned rant

Hey, sorry for the late reply! (internet was shut down). I have a zalman 500 watts (pretty cheap ik), a Asus prime X370 mobo, Ryzen 7 2700X and a rx 460. The atx cable is fine, I bought a speaker to hear the beeps since I just can't figure it out
