Question PC won't show display after CPU change ?

I have changed the cpu from one pc to another and the 2nd booted fine but the onthe won't show any picture.
One cpu is Pinnacle Ridge the other is Raven Ridge both are working fineon the 2nd pc.

I have returned the cpus back as they were but i still get no display.
I have tried different ram didn't help tried to boot with no ram not even a beep from the mobo and lastly i cleared the cmos and that did not helped also.
I figured it was because of the bios that's why I returned the cpu back but that did not work...
BTW all the fans are spining.

when you upgrade the cpu did you upgrade the bios? did that finish or failed?

did you reset the cmos?

test the psu on another working pc?

i did not updated the bios i just reset the cmos and no i did not tested the psu on another pc.
do you think that could be the psu ?
All the fans are spining and the case leds are working fine idk

just from the PCIe there is no power pins on the gpu

That motherboard requires a certain BIOS version in order to boot with that CPU.

Never mind! I answered before my 1st cup of coffee.

Make sure you're connecting monitor to 1050ti and not motherboard.

try reseat the gpu.

I managed to boot it.
What I did was I put out the battery from the motherboard and left it without power for around 30 minutes.
