pc wont show to tv

so i booted my pc for the first time without a hardrive and i got bios and everything and then i got a hardrive and hooked it up and downloaded windows on a usb and plugged them both in and booted windows from the start menu and i kept getting errors so i unplugged the hard drive and plugged it back in and now i dont get picture at all on my monitor and it keeps going through the boot windows error blue screen and re booting itself (dosnt show this but can tell its happening) and my pc wont power down anymore like i have to force shutdown. please help

also this is the first time trying to boot with a hard drive so there are no drivers downloaded for my gpu yet so i took it out. i also took out the usb and re downloaded windows onto is and it changed nothing

you have to take the bios battery out which will clear your bios settings but will make everything functional again
