Hey there, I've recently been getting issues with my PC. It started a week ago when sometimes my PC wouldn't shut down. It'd just keep running the fans and everything while the screen would remain black. I tried pressing the power button once and waiting but that has proved to be useless. I have to hard shut it down, and when I try to turn it back on the PC reads it as an error and won't start up unless I turn the PSU off in the back for a minute or two. Tried using sleep mode but that didn't do anything, I was hopeful that maybe it did. It stopped running, no fans or anything so I pressed escape or space. Pressing keys or anything doesn't bring it out of sleep mode, Even pressing the button once does nothing. So I have to switch the PSU off again, wait a minute, turn it back on and boot it back up. Except this time it boots up to the stuff I had just left. Last night I also suffered a BSOD while playing a game and watching a stream. Critical Structure Error.

Running this on Windows 10, AMD Radeon.

That does help. I googled EventID 41

Good news is that there is information about EventID 41 out there.

Bad news is there is a lot of information about EventID 41 out there.....

There are other links. Unfortunately, you are probably going to need to read through a few of the links and see if you can narrow the problem/situation down to something more specific. Matching the details of your computer and the EventID 41 error to possible...

Any signs of overheating?

PSU problems?

Open case, with system unplugged and check all cables and connections. Make sure there are no dust bunnies, hair, pieces of paper, etc. blocking ventilation flows.

You read an error: did you get the error number/code. That could be a big help.
