Pc wont shut down

Hi ,I have a problem with my shut down button from start menu ,when I press it to shut down my pc doesn't do nothing.The only way I can close it is with the power off/on button.

1.If any major windows updates were downloaded recently shut down time can take 10-20 minutes.
2. Enabling page swap file to deleted at every shut down will increase shut down times.
3. Examine any recent driver update or application install if points 1 and 2 are not true.

Nope not any recent update or program instalation

Unplug all wireless adapters and especially external hard drives that have power adapter. If your keyboard and mouse are wireless then remove only external hard drives and any other wireless peripherals.
