Well, i bought a new CPU and PSU, everything works great so far but i can't shut down my pc, i've tried some things from youtube but nothing worked, when i press shut down in my start menu everything works fine, it's closing apps in the background and after that my monitor shuts down, says no signal.. Lights on keyboard and mobo are working, fans are spinning, and for a second hdd releases a wierd sound and after that i waited a few minutes but the pc was still on so i pressed the switch on my psu to trun it off.. i'd like to give more informations but i don't know what else talk say.(things that i've tried: i created a shourtcut for shut down in regedit and i've tried in cmd to type chkdsk /f /r /x and it says this : http://prntscr.com/k59p3o at that point i just gave up..

BTW there's something wierd aswell http://prntscr.com/k5ak55 my CPU supposed to be 1055t not 1050t and should say something else rather than 'model unknown' .. what do you think?
