Pc wont start after adding Ram in slot 2

Hi.I am using giagabyete Ga-P61a-d3 motherboard with i5 2400 cpu.I was using 6 gb of 1333mhz ram in 2 slot(1x4gb,1x2gb).But now my pc only boots with 4gb stick in slot 1.Whenver i put Ram in slot 2 my pc auto restart loop and dosant give display.
i hope u understood my problem.Help appericiated
Edit:I updated my bios to latest version.Also added +0.5v to DRAM in bios npthing worked

Supported memory for i5 2400: DDR3-1066, DDR3-1333

Try manually setting memory clock to 1066MHz.

Memory manufacturers guarantee the rated speeds of any memory to be obtainable only in the kit it is sold in. If you are adding an additional module of memory, the rated speed may not work due to the extra stress on the memory controller.

Make sure you have the same frequency of each cards.

OR maybe your 2gb RAM is dying or already dead.
