Hello everyone, my computer had recently been experiencing the 100% disk usage, and I tried many different things to fix it, but none worked. In the end I decided to reset my computer. After it took an incredibly long time i turned my computer off then back on. Afterwards the normal start up screens appeared, followed by these (in order)

From what I understand from other sources, I needed the windows 10 files. My PC did not come with a disk player, so originally I instead transferred the files from the disk to a USB which I used when I first started my computer. However I have no clue where that USB is. Using my laptop which also has Windows 10, I downloaded what I assume are the Windows 10 Files from

I then transferred these to a 14gb USB which I plugged into my computer and started it up, but the results were the exact same as before. I would really appreciate anyone who can find a solution this this. And i’m not very good at technology, so if you could try and keep it somewhat simple i’d also very much appreciate that. Thanks in advance!
