Question PC won't start after i removed the graphics card.

So my pc won't start because removed graphics card. Just see on motherboard red flashes cpu on debug. Then i removed audio card and pc start up ,everything is works.
(Video card is no longer with me).
What could be the problem?
cmos reset did not work,tried single slot ram ,nothing happened so what's now?

My specs:
cpu:i5 6500
mobo:Msi b150m mortar
psu: FSP HEXA+ 500
Audio card: Asus xonar ae 7.1
Vga: gtx 1060 3gb (removed)

You perhaps moved the sound card while removing the GPU? Did you try to re-install the sound card?

I didn't move the sound card,but mybe I dont know,because the Last week i try the pc without the GPU and everything is god . yess and nothing changed.
