I'm completely new to building PCs and I have only built one PC in the past (this one)
So I decided to overclock my processor (AMD Athlon X4 760k) using the bios with my motherboard (MSI A78M-E35).
When it rebooted my monitor was not getting any signal from the pc, so I opened it up and made sure everything was ok, blew out dust, tightened screws etc.
When I plugged back in the power source and pressed the power button, the fans spin for about half a second then the whole system shuts down.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
