PC won't start after reset

Hello I was recently having troubles with my PC (crashes) and after a while of troubleshooting and testing I decided to reset my pc but I am now stuck in this screen after having reset it

I use this PC alot and would really like it to get back up and running

what happens at start up?

black screen, flashing cursor or boot loop?

do you have another pc you can download the Windows installer on?

Windows 10 media creation tool

we only need it as a boot disk.

What kind of reset did you do? did you try to keep files or was it a full reset?

I don't know why resets break like that.

What type of reset did you run? wipe everything or keep files?

if second, you could try this to save any files that are there: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

if you did a full reset, just dl the win 10 installer I linked above and do a fresh install. Just follow this: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

im downloading it now i didnt keep any files i think (not recycle but one teir less)
either way i didnt care about the files i have EVERYTHING in the cloud

ty this worked im back in windows installing my stuff gonna see if they original problem persists
