PC won't START (AT ALL)

PC WON'T BOOT, I have had this pc about a year and have had no problems with it. Yesterday (8/5/18) it randomly shut down during a game. So I decided to check the PSU cables connected to my MOBO, everything was fine but my pc wouldn't start after I plugged in my A/C cable to it. I thought that it was a PSU problem because I heard an electrical noise coming from the PSU. I triple checked all cables on the MOBO and everything was plugged in fine but it wouldn't start at all, not even the fans would spin. I suspect it could be the MOBO or PSU.

Specs
i5-7500
GTX 1050ti
The mobo is Gigabyte not sure which one tho
PSU is Thermaltake 500w

Sounds like a dead PSU. Test you power supply with the Paperclip Test.
