[SOLVED] Pc wont start but all fan is spinning

I was cleaning my pc, and after cleaning im trying to turn on but the pc didnt show anything on the screen, but the fan still spinning. Before i clean my pc it working normaly, and i clean it using brush only

i was tried your suggestion bruh, but it doesnt change anything, and i found something new, that when i plugin all my mouse and keyboard, both of them didnt give me sign turn on when i turn on my pc. What should i do bro? did i broke my mainboard?

thanks for all your help friends, when i get to the pc builder, it said tha psu is bad, so with changing psu is all good
