Question PC won't start but LED strips are on

My brothers pc won't start but his led strips are on, the pc was built by me about a year ago and today all of a sudden it's not working, I've tried jump starting but that doesn't work although I see a tiny flash on the pins when I do jump start so I'm not sure if that is a reflection or it is trying to jump start but the mother board is dead

Please post the full system specs.

Remember, LED stips require minimal power and, if connected directly to SATA or molex, the fact the system as a whole won't turn on doesn't really impact anything - provided the PSU can adequately send out the nominal power required of the LED strips.

Specs are as follows:

GPU: GTX 750
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H
RAM:Not exactly sure but it's Corsair 2133mhz
CPU: Ryzen 2500
PSU: EVGA 600W 80+Silver
