PC wont start gigabyte g1 sniper z97

So this is my very first pc build and i hit the power button it runs for maybe 7 to 10 seconds than shuts off, it than starts back up in 3 seconds than does the same thing. When it runs it shows a 15 in the led debug screen in the manual it says pre-memory north bridge init is started. I have also reset the ram.

motherboard: gigabyte g1 sniper z97
cpu: i7 4790
graphics card: gtx 770
psu: corsair rm 750
ram: corsair vengeance 1600

yeah i already looked at that and my motherboard supports the cpu and the ram i have is
CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B the supported ram is CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 but i think it should still work

I have the 24 pin for motherboard the cpu at the top left i have two for graphics card one for hard drive I dont know what i am doing wrong
