Question Pc won't start, only shows black screen with a white dash.

I decided to put an rgb strip in my case to make it look a bit better, so I turned the pc off and put in the rgb strip. I took the graphics card out for a moment to see if I could route a cable around it. I decided to put the cable somewhere else and I put the graphics card back. I put everything back together and I turn on the pc. My monitor only shows a black screen with a white dash. I tried googling it but I only found some windows 7 laptop stuff.

I don't know what happened but when I woke up today the problem was fixed.
