PC wont start plz help

So my pc suddenly wont start this morning

The mobo light is green
The psu has been tested and works on another unit
I did the out of case test still nothing

I dont know what it could be

Specs
Processor: I7-3770K 4.0 GHZ
Motherboard: MSI Z97A Gaming 7
Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 770 SuperClocked
RAM: 16GB DDR3 HyperX
Primary Harddrive: Intel 128GB SSD / Samsung Evo 256GB SSD
Extra Harddrives: Seagate 1TB / Western Digital 2TB

So it turns on, but doesn't boot? I assume that's what you mean if you are seeing lights. I'd try booting with only one stick of RAM. If that doesn't work use the other stick of RAM. I'm thinking one of your sticks died.

I doesn't turn on at all
So i turn the power on its dead
I hold the button and a blue light just flashes on the mobo

You first said the light was green now blue? Is that from trying both BIOS?

Ok
So i can see a green light on my mobo
The pc doesn't load anything no bios it's completely dead nothing happens
If i hold the power down for 30 seconds there is a blue light blicking

Hmm sounds like you have a short somewhere. Is the mobo back on it's standoffs with nothing touching it like an extra standoff or a screw?

Ive tested outside of the case still the same

Im sending the mobo back to manufacture but i donno if thats the problem

Did you try with only the RAM/CPU/MOBO/PSU and see if you get the POST beep?

Yeh i tried i get nothing
