PC Won't Start Unless PSU Switch Is Turned Off For 10 Seconds

I Finished My Build About 2 Weeks And I Have No Problems With It Intill A Few Days Ago When I Shut Down My Pc And I Tried To Restart The Pc It Won't Power Up So I Turn The Psu Switch Off And I Noticed The Usb Devices I Had Plug In Were Still Being Powered E.G Xbox Controller And Receiver And After About 10 Seconds The Controller And Receiver Lights Would Go Off Then I Switched The Psu Back On Press The Power Button And The Pc Powered Up.

The PSU I Got Is Corsair AX 850 And Do Any Of You Think It Is A PSU Problem Or If Not Could Someone Point Me In The Right Direction

yes, that's commonly happen.
Usually because of fail capacitor in primary or secondary part..

And yes, it's psu problem.

so, just RMA your PSU..since your psu still covered by warranty.

It's a high quality power supply , could also be a board issue.

It can also be a RAM issue.
