Question Pc won't start with GPU plugged in

Hello everyone. Today I started pc and everything was in normal. Then black screen. I shutdown pc but it won't boot now. I find out that GPU is causing it when both 6pin and 8 pin are plugged in.
Pc is booting with only the 6 pin but d ram led is lighting red.
When only the 8 pin is plugged pc won't boot.
GPU: gtx 970
Mobo: Asus sabertooth 990 Rx

It does sound like a possible psu side issue.

Were there any electrical works/trips/faults/lightning recently?

Can you upload a photo of the 'd ram ' led?
