I recently purchased an Alienware Aurora R5 with a stock PSU. I wanted to upgrade it, so I purchased an EVGA Supernova 650w G2. I tested the unit with the motherboard cable and jumper plug, and module works. I swapped the modules, connected everything, plugged in, pressed the switch, and nothing happens. No power whatsoever. PSU doesn't come on, no signs of life at all. Checked all connections, tried again....nothing. Pulled it all back out, checked with jumper, module turns on. Reinstalled new PSU...nothing. Pulled it back out, reinstalled the old PSU, and the computer fires right up, no problem. No clue what is going on. I know DELL has some screwy stuff about plugs and such. I've updated the BIOS, looked for drivers, etc. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

EVGA supplies a jumper block for that. PSU comes on with jumper block in place. Also, all of their wiring is black, so not really sure which line is which to try the paper clip test.
