PC Won't Start Without Pressing MemOK! Button

After troubleshooting all night (I just purchased a new set of RAM and a new CPU cooler) I finally got my PC to boot. Now, 3/4 times I try and power my PC on, the DRAM_LED comes on and I have to press the MemOk! button to start it up. This has been the only way to get into Windows for me. I've tried swapping ram kits, changing slots, and clearing CMOS.I'm on an Asus Z170-AR mobo with HyperX FURY 8GB (2 x 4GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 (PC4 17000) Desktop Memory Model HX421C14FBK2/8.

The CPU might be slightly misaligned due to mounting the CPU cooler. Make sure the CPU is mounted evenly by remounting the CPU cooler.

Also make sure the sticks are fully seated and you have the latest BIOS
