PC won't start

New build, won't start..it started when I tested it first then I turned the PSU off and now won't start ??

Now it turns on but no display ?

Tried breadboard with one stick of ram but the issue persists..I also took out the CMOS battery for 15 mins..all cables are in 100% could be a bad motherboard ? If so I am so unlucky with PCs 🙁
