PC Wont start.

Hi all! I recently bought new motherboard and put everything together and it worked. I wanted to connect keyboard to get in BIOS but it just turned off... I tryed everything but nothing helped me. 1 Ram solution, Without ram, Different CPU, Other PSU... Fans dont spin or start to spin. Green light on mobo works, and Mobo chipset is heating up when i connect PSU to mobo. I really dont know what to do please if you can help me help.

See if a fan connected to it does spin.

also, are you connecting the keyboard in the front or the back of the case?
