My Pc specs:

1. Intel G3240
2. ASRock z97 pro 4
3. Corsair vs650
4. Kingston 2x4 gb 1866 MHz
5. Samsung 850 EVO 120GB SSD
6. ASUS Strix 970

It has been a while since I cleaned the case. So I took out the case, started cleaning it by detaching the ramsticks and then removed cpu fan, cleaned the vpu wiyh alcohol, applied t paste and put back the fan, checking all the connections.

Now, I turn on the power supply. The led light on strix illuminates, indicating that its receiving the power. I press the power button and lo! the chassis fans run for a second with their lights on and stops the next second. The pc wont start.

Tried the following :

1. Took out CNOS battery and placed it back after 5 .

@leslie25 and @hamperking 86

1. Trief one ram at a time and in all the four slots.

2. CMOS battery was taken out and installef again after 5 minutes.

3. CMOS Reset was done by repositioning the jumper thing.

Nein. No victory.

Man, i've checked the cpu again. It seems a couple of those pins on the motherboard look bent. What's the solution? Should i try to straighten them up? There's no asrock service centre where i live.
