Pc wont start

My pc turns on and off without showing anything on display.It doesnt make any beep sound.What the cause could be?I ve recently ripped it apart to do some cleaning inside.After puting it together it doesnt work.I have double checked every connection eveything looks fine

Sounds like you didn't put it back together right and you'll have to check your work again. Stickied FAQ has some stuff about getting various things wrong. Aside from beeps, any flashing lights? Post codes are also shown that way.
