[SOLVED] Pc wont start

Ok so i have had this pc for about 3-4 months now and i have been messing with it for a bit now.
I just found out that it won't start up i have tried every thing unplugging and plugging back in but nothing then for some reason i just unplugged my cpu power and the computer started up perfectly it wasn't shutting down no more but i had no signal ofcourse what can be the problem

Possibly the CPU, or/and motherboard, assuming that the power supply and CPU cooler are not defective. If under warranty, I'd RMA them both.
