Question pc won't start

Hi. I'm new here and I hope I posted where I should. Let's start...

Yesterday I turned on the PC and suddenly turned off, without the blue screen, nothing else. I tried to start it, but nothing... When i press the power button, a sound is heard at the PSU, like a small beep like a "click", a protection or something like that comes in and the PSU doesn't give power to the system (no fan, no led starts).

PSU: Seasonic Focus GX 650W
MB: MSI X570 Gaming Plus
CPU: AMD 2700X

What i tried yet? I removed everything from the motherboard (i left just CPU, RAM and M2 SSD) and i tried to strat from 2 pins, again, small beep from PSU like "click" and nothing happened.

I would RMA the PSU.

@Dark Lord of Tech, I was thinking about that, but I tried the PSU alone with 24 pins wire and when i turned on, it worked (the fan spins).

Fan spinning on TEST only means there is some power. Not always a viable PSU.

Thank you! But it may be a short circuit in my system or something like that or my motherboard dead?
I'm just asking, I'm not an expert...
