Question PC wont start

Hello,
Just built a new PC Specs will be below.
It was working fine for a day or so then it started not booting.
when i turn it on it just clicks on and then goes off, on then off.

I unplugged my GPU and use onboard graphics and it boots up usually everytime.

Then sometimes i can power down reattach gpu and it will boot up but not always.

I have checked all the cables and that that was the issue but having same issue today i dont believe that is the issue.

Any insight would be great thank you!

CPU: 10850k
MOBO: Auros Master z490
Ram: 4 sticks 16gb Gskill Trident Z
Cooler: Fractal 240 Celsius
Case: Farctal define 7
GPU: 1080ti, custom aftermarket cooler (chaging next week)
Storage: WD m.2 NVME
PSU: EVGA G+ 850

Are you able to check the GPU in another system? Sounds like the issue is isolated and could be the result of a dead/dying GPU.

It was working 3 days ago in my other system. I did try a different GPU in system and same issues.

so thinking either bad power supply or bad motherboard pci lanes ( did try it in all slots)
