Question PC wont start

Hi, my pc crashed and now it wont start. I tried rebooting it and nothing happens, my fans spin and my keyboard lights up but it wont post. my board gives error codes 36, 4f and 78 its a gigabyte Z77X UD5H and its running an i7 3770k

Oh yeah sorry its a OCZ 1250 gold psu and no gpu
