Question Pc won't start

Hello, i swapped RAM while my pc was connected to power but was not on.
Now i have black screens but no beeping or something.
Is my motherboard broken? Cpu and gpu fans are still spinning, holding the power button doesn't work aswell.
Tried different slots and RAM too.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Go online and look for the applicable motherboard's User Guide/Manual.

Double check everything and try resetting CMOS following the User Guide's instructions.
