Hey. After the purchase of some sweet 2400mhz 16gb of ram at a ridiculously low price. I plopped it in, enabled 2400mhz in the bios and it worked like a charm. Then I got the idea that I would test the difference against my old 1600mhz ram. So I set it back to 1600mhz in the bios and put in the old ram.
Thats when I got these issues:
First the computer would start and before the login screen I got a bsod. The PC then decided to restart a few times on its own and not display a picture.
So naturally, I put the new ram back in. Now the PC starts, displays "Overclocking failed, please enter setup and re-configure the system".
After going into bios and disabling any overclockinh, I restart it and it now does not display a picture or light up the keyboard. It restarts on its own once or twice before sitting there being on, without any fans running. If I turn it off by holding the power button it restarts fine and displays the "overclocking failed" message again, and the whole thing repeats.
Thanks.
Update: It now goes in a bsod loop when trying to start
