Question PC wont stay in sleep mode

i will lock my screen then in the bottom right corner i will select sleep mode for my pc i do this mainly because i have a ton of LED's on my keyboard mouse and tower sleep mode turns these all off yet 10 seconds after it goes off it comes right back on everything i do this numerous times before it will go into sleep mode then like randomly 10 15 mins or even an hour later it will just come back on again

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS.

Also make and model mouse.

Bottom right corner "sleep mode"? Are you using some third party app to do that?

asus ibuypower desktop pc from 2016 and my keyboard mouse are both razer im running windows 10 other than that im not sure of any other specs off the top of my head
its just after hitting command "L" theres a icon in the bottom right of the log in screen that when clicked has shutdown, sleep and one or two other options
