PC Won't Stay On?

So I just replaced 300w power supply with a 500w bronze power supply and it seemed like it was working fine till it kept turning off and on by itself. Would be great if someone could help me, I've been trying to start this thing for a week and I haven't been able to play any video games
My PC Parts: EVGA 1060 3B, EVGA 500B Power Supply, AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac Motherboard, Ripjaws V Series 16GB, AMD Ryzen 3 1200 and a TB.

Could just be something as simple as the new PSU is broken and was broken from the factory.

Borrow a PSU from a friend and test.

pull the gpu see if it posts or stays on with less load. if not power off. try one ram stick. if no change check for shorts..not seated right cables.
