PC Won't transmit video

I have just completed my first computer build, I have made sure everything is installed correctly and when i turn the computer on, no video is transmitted and the speaker does two short beeps. my specs are:

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
Memory: PNY XLR8 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Video Card: XFX Radeon R7 360 2GB
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM 64-bit

I've tried everything and don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated!

It beeps repeatedly with short beeps until I turned it off

Now disconnect the graphics card, install single RAM module and check again the beeps.

Then it's ok. Now install the card, connect all required PCIe power cables to it, connect the monitor to the card (not to the motherboard), start the board and see if getting signal.

It is working from the video card! Now waiting for it to finish initial boot.
