If i leave my pc for a while the pc will stay on e.g. the fans, keyboard, mouse and all that but sometimes when i wiggle the mouse or press a key on the keyboard it wont turn back on. I say sometimes because sometimes i can leave it for like 5 hours and others it like 1 or 2

Based on the description I can't tell if it is a hardware issue, but one way to test would be to go under the Control panel and go to power options. There you can see what settings your computer has that it will turn off after a certain amount of time. I would try setting the time to turn off to "never" or "0" to see if the computer does turn off on its own. If it doesn't, then great, change the idle turn off setting to something you find acceptable. Otherwise if it does turn off even with the option turned off to never, then you may want to start looking at your hardware or maybe it could be power related.

The settings are that the display will turn off after 10 mins and the computer will never be put to sleep

Okay sorry this took so long to respond but i left each one like 5 ish hours to be safe, when they were all set to never it stayed on through the night, but if i set all the others to never and the screen turns off the pc turns off.

That's a little strange. I have not heard of a screen that can turn off a computer. Are you sure that the monitor hasn't turned off and the computer is still on?

Also when you do restart the computer do you receive any error messages before you get into windows like, "Windows shutdown improperly, please choose a boot option, or Windows would like to repair your computer."?
