Pc won't turn on after a thunder storm

I was on my pc when suddenly the power tripped and my computer shut off. After about an hour or two power restored. My monitors and everything else seemed fine apart for my pc. The motherboards led isn't lighting up and it won't turn on.

The power supply is the principal culprit, if the PSU is fine then motherboard is fried.

I would test another power supply on your pc, before your (maybe broken) power supply can break your other computer.

Ok thx, I'll do that today. But if the new power supply doesn't work does that mean my motherboard is fried or worse?

I forgot to add in a small detail. When the power tripped my pc turned back on in a second. I freaked out and cut it from the power point. Maybe it wasn't the power trip?

Yep. The old power supply blew and I put a new one in. It works now thx
