pc won't turn on after hooking up hard drive

well as the title says the pc pc won't turn on after i hooking up hard drive if anybody can guide me in the right direction thanks

turned on ok before connecting hard drive?

if so you either connected it wrong--though not sure how

or hard drive is faulty

or you bumped something loose while connecting it

well i have had this problem before while connecting the optical drive and the ssd. so i guess i must have bumped some cables out

thats the most likely of what i said--though that would mean you havent latched some cables in right as the power cables have a clip/latch on them
