Question pc won't turn on after I switched power supply off yesterday

Hello, as the tittle says my pc is not turning on after I switched the power supply box off. everything seems fine, mobo is lightning when psu is on. I tried to short its controller and it's working. I also unplugged everything, including one of my ram stick, still nothing...
setup:
i3-4130
gtx 770 sc 2gb
8 gb ram
psu model tr2 rx-850 ap
and my psu has some electric sounds which is normal I guess.
