Question PC won't turn on after instant shut down while CPU and GPU almost full load.

About an hour ago, I was just encoding some videos with Handbrake, and I wanted to play BeamNG Drive a little bit while the encoding completes. I knew that I shouldn't do that. I just wanted to see how high the fps would be, and they were pretty high (100+). I then continued to play and the PC instantly shut down. This happened one more time before but, that time I was able to turn it on again after 10 minutes, this time it won't turn on even after 1 hour. I am now suspecting to be the PSU faulty.

Config:
Ryzen 5 3600
RX 570 8GB
240GB SSD + 1TB HDD + 2TB HDD
16GB RAM 3066 (Overclocked from 2666)
450W PSU (no name)(from FiercePC)
A320-M A

Any help?

A junk PSU is the most obvious place to start. Not sure why it's even a build like this in the first place.

It's build like this because I underestimated the importance of PSU. When I first bought the PC, the rig was based on a Ryzen 3 2200G, but in time I've added better components.
