[SOLVED] PC wont turn on after motherboard spark

I was being dumb and started to move some things on the motherboard without powering of the PSU. Then I accidentally touched motherboard with my HDD and there was a little spark that I saw.
And now the pc won't turn on.

I am guessing the motherboard or PSU is fried, but can at least CPU and RAM be saved?

Usually it's the board and or PSU. Most of the time the CPU is ok.

Ok, thanks for the answer, I just hope it isn't PSU RAM and CPU, for the motherboard, I don't have any hope left that it's working anymore. Oh well.
