Hey guys,

first of all, I'm pretty new to PC Gaming and have been enjoying these couple of months a lot. Having these awesome fps on a beautiful 1440p has exceded my expectations a lot.
But since I'm the typa guy that always wants to get the best out of his stuff, I've been messing with OC'ing of pretty much every part.
GPU and CPU has been pretty successful.
Turns out, OC'ing my RAM is... lets say... more complex xD

Based on this guide

http://hw-db.com/memory/2687/hyperx-hx421c14fbk2-16-review/3

I've tried several settings for a 2666mhz overclock but my PC won't turn on!
Meaning: CL14 14-14-14-28 @ 1.23V ( auto for secondary settings)

I incrementally increased Voltage as far as 1.3V but no success either

Did I miss anything crucial? I turned on XMP and manually changed the CL settings and Voltage for DRAM
Maybe even more Voltage?

I'm trying to understand symptoms. I want to learn and understand what I'm doing.

I'd greatly appreciate any advice or usefull guides (been searching on the interwebz for days xD)

Thank you all and greetings from Germany :)
